Use one shared code on everyone’s band or card. A finder scans it to see the event contacts you have chosen, with a button to call.
For contact finding. A shared code does not identify an attendee or record individual attendance.
Assign a different code to each attendee. Staff and helpers can scan them into a coach, arrival check or another moment in the day.
The helper works on their selected coach or group. The organiser can review the whole register.
Set its start and finish, choose shared or individual codes, and select registered members from your organisation.
Parents and volunteers can join for the event through a joining QR code or email invitation, without a permanent organisation account.
Select contacts, give them friendly public names and check their phone numbers. Helpers choose whether to share their number.
For individual codes, paste or upload the attendee list and assign a band to each person. Create checks, add coaches or groups, and scan as people arrive.
Generate a stock of codes for your organisation. Print cards yourself, or use your own supplier for disposable bands or durable, reusable ones.
When an event ends, its assignments end and its contact page stops sharing details. Available codes can be assigned again for another event. Old attendance stays with the original event.
Print another copy when a band wears out. Copies of an individual code represent the same assignment—give each attendee their own code.
Permanent retirement disables every copy of that code. Ordinary event closure simply returns it to your stock.

The code itself does not print a name, school or contact number on the band. You choose any extra printed text. Someone with the code or its link can open the finder page while the event is active; scanning is not an identity check.
No. Groups records attendance at the checks your team creates. It does not track someone’s location, and does not replace supervision.
No. Attendees are entries in your event list. Staff have organisation accounts; helpers can have access for that event only.
No. You can generate and print your own codes or supply them to your chosen printer. Use cards, disposable bands or reusable bands.
Check-ins need an internet connection to save and share the register. Wait for the saved confirmation after each scan.
Finder contacts stop being shared and code assignments end. Event records are kept for six months, unless the organisation chooses to keep an archive. A closed event shows when its records are due for deletion.
